This is a Peruvian cooking class where you will learn how to cook the two delicacies that all Peruvians die for: Ceviche & Pisco Sour. Be prepared to taste one of the most rennounced world flavors! Our chefs and team will make your day for sure unforgettable.

This culinary journey is fully operated and provided by our experts in authentic local gastronomy and traditional Peruvian flavors.

The class will take place on the 9th floor of the building, which offers amazing views of the city and features local areas with vibrant atmospheres. We call our cooking classrooms “Inspiration Rooms.

WHAT IS ON THE MENU?

• Ceviche: Small pieces of fresh fish marinated in lemon juice, tender onions, cilantro, boiled sweet potatoes, and corn, mixed with or without hot chilis.

In keeping with the nature of an expedition, we keep our schedule flexible to take advantage of the unexpected, adapting our course to the conditions and opportunities that arise. Your expedition experience can be tailored to the activity level you choose, whether it’s light or moderate or a little of both. Travelers should be in good health, comfortable walking or standing for extended periods of time, and able to get in and out of expedition landing craft. Daily activities, walking tours, and visits to cultural or historic sites, with options most days for more physical activities such as longer hikes . All departures are family friendly.
