EXPEDITION OVERVIEW

*The tours from Salaverry will depend on the arrival of the ship to the port. Buses or vans are parked from  8am and can be boarded until 8:30am- final departure.
But always check the arrival of the cruise ship to Salaverry to be able to schedule departures.

We started walking by Huaca del sol near by green fields and have an interact with local people showing customs on the way us preparing and selling  maize chicha beer in botle or just to taste it.

We stop in huaca del sol and then crossing by moche covered ancient city to take a look about Street, houses and plazas.

• We get in to the huaca de la luna to walk around  1 hour with a english guide who is going to explaning everything about religion, economy and social Moche Culture structure.
•  Moon or Huaca de la Luna, a religious center for the Moche culture, which developed between 100 and 900 AD. The archaeological complex shows the two large pyramids with flat tops, known as huacas.
• we have time to  spent money in local handycraft and take a National Pisco Sour and local beer.
• we drive at  the Plaza de Trujillo to understand a little of the colonial history in Trujillo  City and enjoy its old houses and churches (20minutes free )
